Always know
what's actually happening.
We build automated dashboards and reports that pull from all your tools — so you're never piecing together data from five different places to answer a simple question.
What we build for ops & leadership
Reporting that runs automatically, surfaces the right numbers, and doesn't require a data analyst to maintain.
Weekly ops summaries
Automatically pull data from your tools every week and deliver a concise summary to your inbox — tickets closed, deals moved, tasks overdue.
Sales pipeline reporting
Live HubSpot pipeline views, deal velocity tracking, and automatic alerts when deals go stale — without manual exports.
KPI dashboards
Connect multiple data sources into a single view — revenue, support volume, project status, or whatever matters to your team.
Exception alerts
Get notified when something is off — a metric drops below threshold, a deadline is missed, or an anomaly appears in your data.
Scheduled reporting
Daily, weekly, or monthly reports generated and sent automatically — no manual pulling, no forgetting to send them.
Multi-source data bridges
Connect data from tools that don't talk to each other natively — consolidate into Sheets, SharePoint, or a lightweight database.
Tools we connect every day
We pull data from the platforms your team already uses — no new software required.
Common questions
Do we need Power BI or a specific dashboard tool?
Not necessarily. Many clients are well-served by automated reports delivered to email or Slack, or a live Google Sheet / SharePoint list. We recommend the simplest approach that meets your needs — not the most elaborate one.
Can you connect tools that don't normally talk to each other?
Yes, that's most of what we do. As long as your tools have an API or can export data, we can bridge them. We regularly connect combinations like HubSpot + SharePoint, QuickBooks + Google Sheets, or custom platforms + M365.
How do we maintain the dashboards after you build them?
We document everything and build so that minor changes — like adding a new metric or changing a threshold — are something your team can handle. For bigger changes, we offer support retainers.
How long does a reporting project take?
A focused automated report or dashboard typically takes 1–3 weeks. Multi-source KPI dashboards with custom logic take 3–6 weeks. We scope it clearly before we start.
