Is our data sent to third-party AI services?
It depends on the approach we take. We'll discuss data handling upfront and can architect solutions that keep data within your Microsoft or Google tenant if that's a requirement. We always document where data flows.
How accurate is AI extraction?
For structured documents like invoices and purchase orders, accuracy is typically very high — 95%+. We build validation rules and exception handling so edge cases get flagged for human review rather than processed incorrectly.
